• Full legal name as appearing on a government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth (for age verification — 21+ requirement).
• Residential address in Indonesia (street, city, province, postal code).
• Email address registered to your account.
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.

• Scanned or photographed copies of government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM).
• Proof of address documents (utility bills, bank statements, or equivalent issued within three months).
• Selfie or liveness-check image used for biometric matching during KYC verification.

• Bank account details (account number and registered name) for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, or Bank Permata transfers.
• E-wallet account identifiers for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Deposit and withdrawal transaction records, including timestamps and amounts in IDR.

• Betting and gaming activity, including markets wagered, game titles played, session durations, and win/loss records.
• Bonus claims, wagering progress, and promotional participation history.
• Responsible gaming tool usage, including deposit limits set, self-exclusion requests, and cooling-off periods activated.

• IP address, device type, operating system, and browser version.
• Geolocation data derived from IP address (country and region level — not precise GPS coordinates).
• Session logs, login timestamps, and account activity records.
• Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies as described in Clause 10.

• Records of all communications between you and jet4's support team, including live chat transcripts and email correspondence.
• Feedback submitted through surveys or voluntary feedback forms on the Platform.

jet4 collects Personal Data through the following channels:

• Direct provision by you: Data you supply during account registration, KYC submission, deposit and withdrawal requests, support interactions, and voluntary feedback submissions.
• Automated collection: Technical and behavioral data collected automatically as you use the Platform, including through cookies, server logs, and analytics tools.

jet4 shares Personal Data with carefully selected third-party Data Processors where necessary to deliver the Platform's services. All such processors are bound by written data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the specific purpose for which it was shared. Categories of processor include:

• Payment gateway providers processing IDR transactions via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• KYC and identity verification services that validate government-issued Indonesian identification documents and perform biometric liveness checks.
• Fraud detection and AML screening platforms that analyze transaction patterns and flag suspicious activity for manual review.
• Game content studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) which may receive anonymous session data for game integrity and RNG audit purposes — no personally identifiable information is shared with game studios.
• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers that store encrypted Platform data on secure servers.

jet4 may disclose Personal Data to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or courts where required to do so by applicable law, a binding court order, or a regulatory direction from a competent authority in jet4's licensing jurisdiction. Where permitted by law, jet4 will notify you of such a disclosure request before complying.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of substantially all of jet4's assets, Personal Data held by the Platform may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer and of any material change to this Policy that results from it.

jet4 operates as an internationally licensed platform, and some of the Data Processors described in Clause 6.1 may be located outside of Indonesia. Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, jet4 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:

• Standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant data protection authority in the receiving jurisdiction.
• Binding corporate rules applicable to processor groups operating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Adequacy determinations by the relevant licensing authority confirming that the recipient jurisdiction provides an equivalent level of data protection.

By using the jet4 Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside Indonesia. jet4 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are conducted securely and in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

jet4 retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable regulatory obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to any identifiable individual.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the jet4 Platform when you visit the website. They enable the Platform to recognize your device across sessions, maintain your logged-in state, and collect usage data that helps us improve the user experience.

Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Platform from functioning correctly and may prevent you from accessing your account. Disabling other cookie categories will not affect Platform access but may reduce the quality of your experience.

The jet4 Platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under the age of 21. jet4 does not knowingly collect Personal Data from any person under the age of 21. If jet4 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected data from an individual who is under 21 years of age, it will immediately suspend the associated account, void all balances and bonuses, and permanently delete the data collected from that individual.

jet4 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption applied to all data in transit between your device and jet4's servers.
• AES-256 encryption for Personal Data and financial records stored at rest on jet4's servers.
• Role-based access controls ensuring that staff members can only access Personal Data that is strictly necessary for their job function.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) required for all internal administrative access to systems holding Personal Data.
• Continuous security monitoring and intrusion detection systems that flag and respond to anomalous access patterns in real time.
• Regular penetration testing conducted by independent third-party security specialists on a scheduled basis.

Notwithstanding the above, no method of data transmission or storage can be guaranteed as completely secure. In the event of a data breach that poses a material risk to your rights or interests, jet4 will notify affected Players without undue delay and will take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the breach.

jet4 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or operational requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly whenever a material change is made.

Where changes are significant, jet4 will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
