In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Use of the jet4 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. jet4 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Territory or be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee of jet4, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, without prior written consent from jet4 management.
• You must not have previously held an Account on the Platform that was suspended, closed, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

To access the betting and gaming services offered by jet4, you must complete the registration process, which requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the jet4 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
• Bonus Funds credited to any duplicate account will be voided in their entirety.
• jet4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any Balance pending investigation into fraudulent activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jet4 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify jet4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, jet4 will require you to complete KYC verification. This typically involves submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bank account or e-wallet registered in your name).

jet4 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a KYC request may result in Account suspension.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jet4 support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

jet4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jet4 does not impose transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through these channels; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum daily wi thdrawal: Subject to account tier and KYC status; contact support for your specific limit.

Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes of confirmed receipt by jet4's payment processor. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally credited instantly. jet4 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's internal processing times.

jet4 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification and have no outstanding security review flags. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or flagged for manual review may take up to 24 hours. jet4 reserves the right to extend this period where required by anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or fraud investigation procedures.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
• Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• A minimum of one deposit must have been made from the withdrawal destination account before a withdrawal to that account will be approved.
• jet4 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rp 10.000.000.

jet4 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Refused deposits will be returned to the originating account within 3 to 5 business days.

jet4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general provisions set out in this Clause 5. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated therefrom.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion. As a general guide:

• Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games typically contribute 10–15%.
• Sports betting wagers may contribute at varying rates depending on the odds and market type.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers typically contribute 100%.

jet4 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, exploiting software errors or undisclosed vulnerabilities, and colluding with other Players to extract bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, jet4 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, reverse any withdrawals derived from bonuses, and permanently suspend the Account.

All bets are subject to jet4's prevailing betting rules. A bet is confirmed only when jet4's system generates a bet confirmation reference number. jet4 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns or a technical error in the displayed odds.

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or under game conditions that are materially erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, jet4 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. This right applies regardless of whether the Player was or should have been aware of the error at the time of placing the bet.

All sports bets, including bandar bola (online football bookmaker) markets, mix parlay (accumulator) coupons, and voor bola (Asian handicap) wagers, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, the applicable rules for that market type will determine settlement outcomes.

All casino games offered on the Platform — including live dealer titles, RNG slots, and togel draws — are sourced from internationally certified studios. RNG (Random Number Generator) certification is maintained by independent third-party auditors. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

jet4 operates a disconnection policy for all live casino and crash games. Where a game round is interrupted due to a network failure on the Player's side, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server's records. Where a disruption is caused by jet4's infrastructure, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned.

All content on the jet4 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the proprietary property of jet4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jet4. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in Account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jet4 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes that are subsequently identified and corrected in accordance with Clause 6.2.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

jet4's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jet4's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

jet4's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

jet4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jet4 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.5.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jet4 holds its international operating license.

In the event of any dispute between you and jet4 arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jet4's internal complaints procedure. Complaints may be submitted by contacting jet4 support in writing. jet4 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavor to provide a full response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution specified in jet4's licensing terms. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
